If you used email to sign up for ZeBrand, please check the following steps below to reset your password. If you selected a Google account or a Facebook account as your login method, you currently don’t have a password for your ZeBrand account. If you want to change your login method to email and password, please contact the Support Team to change the setting.
How to reset your password if you signed up using an email
1. Visit Password Rest Page. Enter the email address you used to signup for the ZeBrand account and click Send E-mail.
2. Once sent, you will see the message below and receive an email with the subject line “Reset your ZeBrand password.” Click the link inside of the email to proceed.
3. Please enter your new password, and once you save it, your new password will be set and lead you back to your home screen.
