First, check your current plan. Log in to your account and click 'Setting' on the bottom left and check your 'Plan Detail'.
If your current plan is Free, simply click 'Upgrade Plan'. This will take you to the pricing page, so choose the plan that best matches your needs.
If your current plan is either Standard or Premium, clicking on 'Plan Details'.
You will be taken to another page where you can:
- cancel your subscription
- manage your paying method
- check your billing history
If you wish to downgrade, cancel your subscription by clicking 'Cancel plan'. Your current plan will be available until the original expiration date. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for the rest of the days of your subscription.
